r HERALD AND Eddie Butler To Headline AF Benefit Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue" played simultaneously on the piano and the organ will be one of the featured numbers in the concert of Eddie Butler, 2:30 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 25, at the hingsley Field Theater. -The Kingslcy Field Officers' Wives' Club is sponsoring the program fur the benefit of the Air Force Aid Society. Tickets to the musical presen tation offering selections varying from Viennese waltzes to show tunes are available at Derby Mu sic Company, First Federal Sav ings and Loan and the chamber of commerce, or by calling Mrs William Watt at JU 2-0935. Tick ets are $1 for adults and 50 cents for students (18 and under). The base nursery will be open from 2 until 5 p.m. on the day of the concert to accommodate dependents of Air Force person nel. The Air Force Aid Society pro vides assistance to servicemen in those situations that do not qual ify under the American National Red Cross or other welfare agen cies. Working in cooperation with the latter, the society is designed to supplement, not replace, these other agencies. Assistance is provided in the form of non-interest bearing loans and grants, the a m o u if t given based on an individual's particular need.
