Johnien won the Most Improved award on the basebell team and Johnson tha Most Valuable. Mansfie'd is tha haad'coach. Tha second pic ture shows track coach Jack Peterson with his priie pupil, junior Walt Smith. Smith won the Most Veluabie and the high point trophy on the track team. Ha won tha state javelin throw and had the second best throw in the nation. Tha third picture shows half miler Dm Piper and assistant track coach Phil Harder. Piper set a new school record in th half mile at 1:59.8 and was voted the Most Improved. He also won a special recognition award. At right are the tennis winners and coach. At left is Larry Tica who won the district singles title and also the Most Valuable award. Center is Douq Stiles who won the Most Improved trophy. At right is coach Gil Boyd.
