Bradwood Mill Property Sold ASTORIA UPl - The Winkle man Company of Portland, auc tioneers and liquidators, has pur chased the Bradwood sawmill property, upriver from here, from Oregon-Washington Plywood Co.. it was announced. Representatives of the company said plans for disposal of the property were still not firm. The property includes the Brad-! wood mill buildings, 41 houses and the land on which the buildings stand. The Bradwood mill was estab lished about 30 ysars ago and has been closed for about two years. IS NEWSPAPERS JJ Mother Held In Lad's Death MADRAS IUPI) - Ccllia Adelle Suttle, 31, Madras, was indicted Thursday by the Jefferson County grand jury on a charge of invol untary manslaughter in connec tion with the death of her 4-year- old stepson. The boy died April 22 as a re sult of a beating. Mrs. Suttle was arrested April 21 for assault and battery. The charge was altered when the boy, Lonme J. Suttle, died of injuries. Date of arraignment has not been set. Bridge Expert Dies Wednesday PORTLAND (UPIl- Mrs. Alice Laughton Fisher. 61, well known bridge expert, died in a hospital Wednesday.
