CELEBRATE The past weekend was one of celebration for Mr, and Mrs. Dick
Marks, who observed their 25th wedding anniversary on Saturday, April 20, and his
birthday the following day. The Marks are shown at right being congratulated by Mr.
and Mrs, Ed Brosterhoui during the Reames Auxiliary dance Saturday night. On Mon
day evening, 30 couples arranged a no-host dinner at the Satellite Room as a sur
prise to Mr. and Mrs. Marks. Ex-Raames pro Clark Good and Mrs. Good came from
Medford for the event. The Marks were married in Carthage, Mo., and came to Merrill
in 1946 to operate a cafe for 14 years. The past three years they have operated
Reames Club facilities. They have three children, Rae Dean and Vicki at home and
Dick, who is stationed with the Marine Corps in San Diego.
