Wilt Chamberlain, who already has iced his fourth straight scor ing title, made a bid to capture the shooting accuracy title, too. Chamberlain is battling Walt Bel lamy of Chicago and whichever one wins is certain to blast Bel lamy's league recocd of .513 set last year. Chamberlain hit 17 of 21 shots Thursday night and should edge Bellamy n he can keep up that type of scoring pace. Wilt had 39 points altogether. Guy Rodgers, league leader in assists, tied an NBA record Thursday night by contributing 28 assists. The record was set by Bob Cousy of the Boston Celtics.
