Lime apricot cream is a light
fruit dessert. In a mixing bowl,
combine 1 cup of instant nonfat
dry milk with 2 i43-ouncei jars
of strained apricots, well chilled.
Whin S to 4 minutes, or until

iime juice and continue whipping
3 to 4 minutes longer, until stiff
peaks form. Gradually add 2 ta
blespoons of sugar. Serves 4.

even more vitality value, luscious
bananas can sizzle happily right
along with the ham.

to eat right from the peel, bana
nas take on their vegetable guise
quickly and easily. The tropical
fruit ' undergoes a subtle flavor
change when broiled (or baked, or
fried). The butter-smooth texture
remains, and the mellow sweet
ness makes a fine foil for ham
and other pork products. Remem
ber, too, that their natural fruit
pectins aid digestion, and, when it

ham is done and bananas are
lightly browned. Serves four.
(Note: If using cooked, ready-to-eat
ham, allow only five minutes
broiling time for each side.)
