ENGLISH DRIVER TRAPPED IN SNOW Apparently proving an old saying that
Britiih "bobbies" are the best in the world, two of them struggle in knee-deep snow
to free a trapped motorist outside the Foreign Office in London. A bitter eight-day
cold wave which has swept England and most of Europe is continuing. It was the worst
snow storm in 15 years with gale force winds that piled 15 foot drifts.
