The course will include puppetry, jewelry, modeling, book binding, printmaking and paper mache. Tuesday night's class in "Com position and Visual Theory" will offer instruction and basic re search in all art structure. The class will spend part of each meeting in practical work, study ing line, color, balance and unity. In addition, students will work on their own projects. Hall said the course would offer two or three hours of upper division credit. Both classes will run from 7 to 9:45 p.m. Eva Cook Put On Committee Mrs. Eva Cook, Klamath County treasurer, has been named to a 16-member advisory committee to study revision of Oregon's local budget law. Mrs. Cook was notified this week of her selection by Richard L. Kennedy, executive secretary of the interim committee on local government. The advisory com mittee will make recommenda tions to the legislative committee regarding the budget law. "Your qualifications and experi ence will be a great asset to the scope of the committee's work," Kennedy wrote. Mrs. Cook was nominated by Rep.
