The 87 Included 41 from Port. land, 21 from Salem, 8 from Eu gene, 11 from other Oregon cities, and 6 from outside the state. Those who passed include 35 law school graduates and two at torneys. Fourteen of them took the test for the second time. About two-thirds of both attor neys and students who took the test passed. University ol Oregon students had the best record for passing. Nineteen, including one repeater. passed out of 23 taking the test for a total of 82.6 per cent passing. Willamette and all out-of-state schools combined had percentages of 67.7.
