Larkin of this city, and Darryl Everett Johnson of Portland exchanged wedding vows Aug. 20 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. A reception at Reames Country Club followed the ceremony. The bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Robert Olsen of Portland and Oscar Johnson of Traeyton, Wash. The family resides in Montclair, Calif., near Ontario where he is a member of the junior high school English and journalism staff. They were Klam ath Falls guests of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. O. Gilfillan of 1919 Melrose Street. Between stops here they visited Mrs. GiU Cllan's parents in McMinnville and his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Ken Torgerson and fam ily in Portland. Van Vector during her stay, re sided in Klamath Falls for many years. She came to the city in 1948 and taught vocal music at Mills School. From 1 9 52 until 1958 she was supervisor of elementary vocal music in the city schools. This summer she has directed a workshop in elementary school music at University of Portland.
