The meeting was opened with the flag salute, led by Pam Purkeiser and Charles Clark. The PTA prayer was given by Mrs. Arlis Reeder. Mrs. Bill Milne conducted the meeting in the absence of the1 president, Mrs. William Canton. Mrs. Milne acknowledged a $100 check given to the PTA from the school Christmas play. Thank you cards were read. Mrs. Florence Oilman, principal, thanked the PTA for the bouquet they presented to her at the Christmas play. Ruth Walker on behalf of Fairview students thanked the PTA for its help on the Christmas play and parly. Room count was won by Mrs. Chet Langslet's third grade. Mrs. Arlin Thurman won the special prize.
