Mrs. Lewis said. She explained that the auxiliary's program Is now concerned with welfare of all children. "In our child welfare work we now must concern ourselves with emotional, intellectual and spirit' ual needs, explained Mrs Lewis. "It is not enough to meet only the physical needs for food, shelter and clothing, If we are going to help the child become a successful person, we must equip him with good character and morals, with reverence for God and loyalty to his country. We must be concerned with the whole child." OSC To Begin New Program CORVALLIS (AP) - Oregon State College next summer win begin a new program that might lead to classes the year around. The college will conduct its usual eight-week summer school session from June 19 to Aug. 11, and then add a new four-week session, running from Aug. 14 to Sept. a.
