Mrs. McNeil was charged in September with five counts of failure to pay wages, failure to . secure compensation insurance and misrepresenting a term of employment, by Shirley and Dale Wade and Ronald, Leonard and Raymond Kelly, Tennant, who al legedly were hired to help con vert the old Long-Bell Lumber Company logging camp into a cul tural playland. Mrs. McNeil was found gutty of two chargea of failure to pay wages.
