Los Angeles defeated the New York Titans, 50-43, in the highest scoring game of the AFL's first; season. And the Oilers rallied for 17 points in the final period to bent the Boston Patriots, 37-21 In the AFL's other Sunday game, the Dallas Texans rode quarterback Cotton Davidson's passes to a 24-7 triumph over the Buffalo Bills.
