Dam Payments Are On Schedule SEATTLE- (AP) Repayments to the federal treasury from sale of power produced by dams on the Snake and Columbia Rivers are $53,059,089 ahead of schedule. Sen. Warren G. Magnuson, D-Wash., said Thursday. Magnuson said power sales have returned $717,150,287 to the treas ury. Another $30,736,984 has been repaid from irrigation revenues of the multi-purpose projects, Magnu son said. Magnuson said the breakdown of payments during fiscal 1960, as given him by Joseph A.
