for the Parke Davis & Co. drug
company said today the firm
would have no immediate com-
. ment on a suit filed in California
in connection with the death of a
university coed who had been giv-
en a drug manufactured by Parke
Davis.
The spokesman said Hie drug
" company had not yet received a
bill of complaint in the suit and
would not comment until it did.
The suit, seeking $250,000 dam
ages, was filed Tuesday in Su
perior Court at Los Angeles and
named Parke Davis, the L'niver
tity of Southern California and
' three doctors as defendants.

death of their daughter, Crfynda
Lynn, 19, a University of South
