per cent will come from non-tax
sources.
Most of this nontax money
comes from the reclamation fund,
which is replenished chiefly by
royalties from federal oil leases
and public power revenues.
Proceeds from sales of public
lands and timber contributed 6
per cent. The remainder came
from project construction cost re
payments, project operation and
maintenance payments, and wa
ter rentals and other miscellane
ous sources.

the state meet.
The Tulelake Grange will spon
sor a public benefit card party
at 8 p.m. Nov. 17 with bridge
and pinochle in play at the
grange hall. There will be prizes
and refreshments.
Pomona Grange will meet at
Gazelle Nov. 10 for a 6:30 p.m.
potluck and business meeting.
Nov. 11 new officers of the Tule
lake and Dorris granges will be
installed at Dorris.
About 40 members were present
at the Oct. 27 meeting with Mrs.
H. T. Street and Mrs. W. H. Weit
kamp in charge of the potluck
supper.
