Stockdale, sonar man seaman apprentice, son of E. O. Stockdale, 134 Michigan Avenue, Klamath Falls. Girl Reports 'Mommy Asleep' SAN FRANCISCO (UPll-Mrs. Loretta Hall answered a knock at the door and looked down at the ruffled, red hair of a 5-year-old neighbor girl. Mommy's asleep. You'll have to feed me my supper," the young- slcr said. Mrs. Hall had no reason to doubt that little Sarasue Nielsen was telling the truth. Mrs. Fran ces Nielsen, 40, had suffered years of pain as the result of a crippling injury, and often rested. Sarasue's father was at sea with the Military Sea Transportation Service, so Mrs. Hall placed the little girl at the supper table with her own two children. The red-haired child didn't eat much, so Mrs. Hall finally steered her to the door, with a gentle warning that "your mommy will be calling you." "No, mommy won't call," the child replied firmly. "She's asleep." Then she cried a little and Hulked alone down the stairway. Sunday morning there was an other knock at Mrs. Hall's door, and there stood Sarasue with a dress pulled over her pajamas. "Mommy's still asleep. You'll have to feed me breakfast," the youngster said. Mrs. Hall went downstairs to the Nielsen's flat and then called authorities. Deputies found the body of Mrs. Nielsen resting on pillows care fully placed on the floor of the flat. They said natural death had ended her pain. J The body w as surrounded by the signs of little Sarasue's pa tient 17-hour vigil a doll, its clothing, and a red plastic tele phone which she used to make imaginary calls while she waited for "mommy" to wake up.
