He is Lloyd P. Baker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Baker, Route 3. The winner was graduated from KUHS in 1949, earned a bachelor of arts degree from Portland Uni versity and a master of arts from the University of Indiana where he is presently a teaching as sistant. Baker also attended the John Herron School of Art at Indianap olis and received another schol arship there. He spent two years in Germany as an Army infantryman. His parents said he teaches a night ceramics class at the University of Indiana and helps with art instruction there. He lives in Bloomington, Indiana.
