Some areas, however, will turn their clocks hack near the end of September, while at least a couple plans to remain on Daylight Time for the balance of the year. The nation's two newest stales Hawaii and Alaska will con tinue on Standaid Time IhrourJi the summer. The knotty problems arise tor those thousands of persons who reside in one area of a state which observes a difterent time than a nearby area where they work or altend school. Residents of Tevas, Kansas, Colorado. New Mexico, Arizona, I'tah and Oklahoma need not woi :y alwul any time mixups because those states oierate on Standard .Time llie year round.
