Conducted by a combination of personal interviews with store ex ccutives and by mail question naires to store buyers, the study nl.so indicated that, appearance (fabric, slvling. color, (rim, etc. is the primary factor in detcrmin ing Iho purchase of a gown or pajamas. Next in importance arc rasc-of-care (specifically, machine vashabihty and little or no iron ing', brand name, and comfort in (hat order. According lo the survey, price ran bo almost ruled out as a buy ing motive. This docs not imply (hat a woman will pay $15 just as readily as 55 for a night gown. Stir in flour, salt and Ipcppor. Slowly slir in milk; cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Add wino and cook a few minutes longer. Be sure spin ach is well drained and all liquid pressed out. Add spinach and mushrooms to sauce; heat well. Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
