More adequate and more uni form data on divorce should be collected from the stales, with a Washington clearinghouse. More counseling services are needed for marital and premari tal problems. More research is needed on remarriage of divorced persons. More research is needed on Ihe ettect of family size on fami ly relations and personality de velopment. A uniform stale mandatory wailing period for marriage is needed. AP- Sen. Wayne Morse iD-Orei told a Westchester County American Jewish Congress meeting Wed nesday night that the coming summit meeting may result ill disillusionment. Morse said the chances of ac complishment would have been better under United Nations aus pices. "The summit conlercnce ap pears to be headed tor a repeti tion of the IMS top-level talks in Geneva, which began with much optimism and publicity only to re sult in little achievement, and, fi nally disillusionment," Morse said. ' AP i-Kour engines of t lie niiqhly Saturn rocket booster will be tested al Redstone Arsenal within the next lew weeks, the Army said today. .No public announcement ot the static, or tied-down firings, will he made, however. The announcement of Monday's sialic tests of two of the Saturn engines was made in Washington Tuesday hy Dr. Wernher von Braun, who appeared before the Senate Space Committee. Tlic Army said the tests were successlul. but that the two en gines were not allowed to run lor their full duration. The Army said no advance an nouncements of the static tests arc being made because of a de sire to avert alarm at Huntsville and the area surrounding Red stone. A .spokesman said noise of the tests would be greater than resi dents near Redstone have been accustomed to in the past. After the static testing of four- engines, then six engines will be tired. The last test will include the firing of all eight engines. When the eight engines are operating, he thrust level will pproach l.rrfn.oofl pounds. This is five times greater than the thrust ot an inlercontincntal ballistic missile and It) times greater than the thrust of the Jupiter inter mediate range ballistic missile. The booMer unit, completely in- si ailed, will consist ol a cluster of eight liquid propelled rocket engines, A special barge is being built to move the Saturn from Hunls v ille, down a series of rivers to the Gull of Mexico and around the Florida tip to Canaveral on the KiM Const. Ten ol the Sat urns will be tested over the next lew years before ihe giant booster engine is de clared ready for its initial pur pose to catch up with Soviet rocket power, The eight-engine booster is only the first stage of the multi-stage Saturn, which will be -capable of placing this nation's heaviest pay- loads into orbit. The "B" model Mace, headed tor military duty in West Ger many, can deliver high - explosive conventional or nuclear war heads in any kind of weather. Its maximum range Is about 1 .200 miles.
