THOUGHTS FOR MEDITATION Why are we ever so blind lo the many evidences of God's pres ence and help in our daily lives? We seek constantly (or God's help. very much like the person who couldn't see Ihe forest for the trees. In First Samuel, 14, we find an account ol Jonathan, the son of Saul, going with his armor bear er toward Ihe camp of another nation which was at war with the Israelites. It would seem only natural lo us for a soldier ot the camp ol so vast an army to be brave against only these two. Yet, lo Jonathan, the courage ol an armed host against two men was not natural. It was a sign of God's presence! We must ever he mindlul that God has complete control over our lives. If He did not will that we he so blessed, it would not be so. How can we live even lor a day among so many blessings and fail lo see Gods constant help? Andy C.
