Census Form Being Mailed WASHINGTON (AP)-The post man gives a lilt lo the census laker this week, delivering ad vancc questionnaires for Ihe liKK) census lo every occupied dwelling in the land. Sixty million copies of Ihe four- page form have been delivered to 35.000 post offices. The Census Bureau is paying the I'ost Olfice Department about 2 cenls to han dle each piece, a total of $1,200, 0(H). The forms arc to go into Ihe mail next Friday and Saturday. Kvery household should get a copy by next Monday. Each postman will get a slack of the (inad- dressed forms, enough lo leave one at every dwelling on his ruulc. He is an out door cnlhusiasl and during war time exile, worked as a factory hand lor Vickers in England. He and Queen Krederika have two daughters and a son, 20-year-old Crown Prince Constantino. Franz Joseph 11 was crowned reigning prince of a tiny heredita ry monarchy of 65 square miles in 1933. The country is virtually taxless because of tees paid by international corporations with iieadquarters there. The 74-year-old Grand Duchess Charlotte commemorated Kurope's ongest reign a year ago on Ihe 40th anniversary of her accession as ruler of a grand duchy. Heir to the throne is Prince Jean, 39. There are also another son and four daughters in the royal family. Prince Rainier III succeeded his grandfather Prince Louis II as ruler of an independent principali ty in 1949. Hainicr is married lo former American movie star Grace Kelly. Their children arc 3-year- old Princess Caroline and the heir apparent, 2-ycar-old Prince Albert.
