Mazarna Toastmistress Club speech contest is Eve Morey who gave a humor ous approach to "Your Neighbor's Keeper." Alternate winner was Edna How ell. Your chances to find one arc fairly good in California, accord ing to a survey of pleasure horses just completed by the California Outdoor Recreation Committee. WANT TO LEARN TO DRIVE? "We spent about 7,885 hours counting the horses used for pleasure in California," said Don Lawyer, a state recreation planner. 1 How was it done?
