(AP)-Dr.i Mary McGchee, 65, was lost to day on a rugged hike across Colo tado s Continental Divide almost exactly two years after she was lost on a similar jaunt. . That time, while climbing 14,000 foot Mt. Shavano in south-central Colorado, the greyhaired woman scholar found her way to a ranch house two days after a search was started. She and i college student, Geor gia Steiner, 18, Lake Forest, 111., set out on a hiking trip last week end to a friend's cabin some 50 miles away. Miss Steiner reported they became lost Saturday. A search party of 10 today left Aspen, where Dr. McGehee lives. ' (or the Taylor reservoir ' area about halfway between Aspen and the pair's destination of Vicks' burg, Colo. The missing woman, who once joined an archaeological expedi tion to Greece, taught history and archaeology at Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, N. Y.
