She put them in a box in the cellar of her home at Cross Keys, fed them garbage and watched them multiply three times in three months. Word that Mrs. Brinker owned several thousand worms got around to nearby youngsters, who asked for some to go fishing. From there. the word spread to several sport ing goods stores and Mrs. Brinker was m business. Last year, she sold more than 100,000 of the worms to sports shops. Counting out the worms for sale isn't much of a problem for Mrs. Brinker. Her 11-year-old grandson, Robert Cosner, does the job for spending money.
