A PARISIAN THEME, "d'anchanteur soir", soma anchantad evening, was cleverly
portrayed by the junior class for the annual KUHS junior-senior prom held recently in
the school cafeteria. Murals painted by Susan Moss, Carolyn Westlund and Rax Wanner
covered the entire walls of the rpom. They depicted scenes of Paris including Moulin
Rouge and a sidewalk cafe. Purple crepe paper streamers hung from the ceiling between
the drawings and trees of green roses were placed about the edge of tha dance floor. At
either end of the room rock gardens with purple and white iris completed the attractive
decor. Baldy's Band played for dancing.
Pictured is the royal court which reigned for the festivities. Left to right, Eugene
