Thievery Charge Admitted By Lad Klamath Falls police, .after a prolonged investigation, arrested a 15-year-old Klamath Falls boy over the weekend and charged him with petty larceny. The Ministry of Education ac cepted the scholarships offered by the American Point Four program for Iraqis to attend U.S. colleges.
