The occasion marked 50 years of mar riage for the couple who were married February 24 in Steeleville, Missouri. Mr. and Mrs. Morrison formerly re sided in Mount Shasta where he was employed by the U.S. Forest Service until his retirement in 1947 when they moved to Orland. Also attending the party were the couple's two sons and their families, Mr. and Mrs. G. L. Morrison, Butte City, and Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Morrison, Central Point. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Cotton of Mill Valley were also guests. Mr. Cot ton is Mrs. Morrison's son by a former marriage.
