Luckt-y was installed as noble grand of Northern Rebrkah Lodge No. 208. Alturas. on Friday night. January 16, at open ceremonies. Mrs. Lloyd Criss of Adin, district deputy pres ident of the Rebekah Assembly District No. 49 of the California jurisdiction, was installing officer. The lodge rooms were decorated in colors of pale blue and silver chosen by the presiding officer for her year, ihe chose as her mot to. "Peace and Prosperity." Elective officers installed wi'h Mrs. Luckey were vice grand, Mrs. Walt Clark: recording secre tary, Mrs. Lloyd Laver: financial secretary. Mrs. D. D. Smith; and teasurcr, Mrs. Paul Dubois. The evening ceremonies were shared with Cedar Rebekah Lodge No. 306 of Cedarville when Mrs. Charlotte Daschner was passed the gavel of that lodge. Mrs. Jay Dollarmae was in stalled as vice grand, Mrs. Viola White as recording secretary, and Mrs. Edna Vermillion was seated as treasurer. Refreshments were served by the Alturas lodge members.
