ATTACKS BUDGET REQUEST MANILA (UPIt Philippine Con gessman Jose Roy has attacked President Eisenhower's budget re quest ot nearly 25-million dollars to settle the Philippines revalua tion claims, the Manila Chronicle reported today. The newspaper quoted Roy, who is chairman ol the House Ways and Means Committee, as savinc his country should receive far more than the amount recom mended.
