II is simple, easy to. make and you can use a pre pared biscuit mix instead of making the dough from scratch. Suit your proportions to Ihei iie of your own family. To make six dumplings, iiseu about l'j cups of biscuit mix and1 prepare the dough according to the package directions. Itnll out on the board In about inch thickness or less. Cut Into six squares. I'laco the dumplings in a class or tin loaf pan. Kill the pan a little more than half full of cold water. Add lumps of butter and about '.j cup of sugar and a dust-1 ing of cinnamon.
