Sergeant Mast will not be the first airman to move into a new home, but his house was that chos en for the ceremony. Williams said the first homes would be occupied Thursday and Friday as the initial 56-home increment went into service. The schedule for future home openings: ' Second increment, 76 homes for enlisted personnel, December 15 to 30; third, 22 homes for officers, first of next year: fourth, 66 home for officers, January; fifth, 70, homes for enlisted men, February or March. The schedule. Colonel Williams said, was tentative. Major General Parker said he had been here in February and frankly was skeptical that construc tion contracts could be met.
