S. airlines have signed a pact to share the financial burden of strike allceting any of them. One of the lines, Capital, has been hit by a 10-day strike of me chanics. Another, Eastern, faces a threat by fts mechanics to strike at midnight. Other lines signing Ihe pact were American, Trans World, United and Pan American. They invited additional airlines to join. The agreement calls lor giving a strike-idled airline the extra net passenger and freight revenue realized by those carriers still op erating. It will be filed today with the Civil Aeronautics Board. Air line oflicials said board approval was not required.
