Labor Council Endorses Duo District Attorney Arthur A, Bed Joe, running for reelection, and l.oyd DeLap, running for county treasurer, have been endorsed by the Klamath County Labor Coun cil. The endorsement followed rec ommendations made by the coun cil's Committee on Political Ed ucation, Herb Waits, secretary, -iad. Beddoe is a Republican: De Lap a Democrat. Beddoe seeks to succeed him self in what has developed into a three-way write-in contest. Also announced for the office are two attorneys, Glenn D. Ramirez, a Democrat, and Clarence Humble, a Republican. None of the names will appear on the ballot. DeLap is opposing Mrs. Eva Cook, a Republican and the coun ty treasurer now in office. Both those names will appear on the ballot. The county labor council also endorsed state candidates previ ously recommended by the State AFL-CIO. Those candidates include Rep. Al Ullman. seeking reelection to Conaress, and State Represents lives John L. Kerbow and Carl E. Yancey, both incumbents. AH three' are Democrats.
