The Middle East News Agency, which is controlled by the United Arab Republic, said in a dispatch from Baghdad that Kassem had announced the land program in a broadcast. Kassem said the plan would free Iraqi peasants from feudal domination, the agency reported. The government will break up big land holdings during the next five years. Now!
