Kelby was hostess at a get acquainted party at her home on Sunday eve ning. Mrs. Kelby's husband is chair man of the high school board th; year and her party was promptei by a desire that these women know each other at the beginning ot the school year. VISITORS Mr. and Mrs-. D.C.. where Rigert ha just completed graduate work government at Georgetown Univer sity. "FANFARE" WAS THE THEME of the luncheon and style show given September 8 by the Klamath Falls Woman's Library Club at the Willard Hotel. Each table was centered with flowers in rich autumn colors artistically arranged by the Klamath Falls Garden Club.
