Wednesday Evening Service Church Plans Conference "Men at Work in The Church will bef the discussion theme (or a gathering of the Basin's Presby terian church men to be held at Peace Memorial Church, begin- nina at 2:15 p.m. faunday. This will be the third area con ference of Presbyterian men to be held in southwest Oregon this year; the others were at Ashland and Brookings. Participants will come from the three Klamath Falls churches of that denomi nation, and from Merrill, Mt. Laki Tuleiake, Malin and Lakeview The conference will be led by team of men from the Ashland Mcdford area, including Ralph Wood, president of the Southwest Oregon Presbyterian Men; Sam Harbison vice president of the Na tional Council of Presbyterian Men; Larry Clark of Medlord Dick Cotty, president of the Ash land club, and Fred Gattcr, past president of the Medtord club, Local men from the host church who are planning the arrange ments are Keith Sickert, general chairman; A. C. Olson, president of Peace Memorial Men s Associa tion; Floyd Buck, Maurice Athey, and Robert Davies. They will be assisted by W. B. DeWitt of the first Presbyterian Church.
