To date this year there is an increase in travel to the park of 3.2 per cent over 1957 and a de crease of 0.3 per cent over the cumulative total at this time in 1956. The big jump in visitor figures was noted in campground use at the park this year. She took her B.A. degree at Pacific University. Mrs. Routh, who has one son 'and one daughter, will teach the sixth grade and girls' physical education at Fair view School. A survey conducted by park rangers at the Rim Campgrounds shows that the average camping party is comprised of 3.5 persons and the average length of stay this year has been 1.8 days. Last year, camping groups were aver aging a stay of two full days.
