JIM WINCHESTER China To Get Russian Aid NEW YORK IAP) - The New York Times said today the Soviet Union reportedly has decided to supply atomic weapons and bal listic missiles to Communist China plus more economic development aid. A Times dispatch from Warsaw said reports reaching the Polish capital indicated the Soviets also have decided to help Red China launch an earth satellite and to build four more nuclear reactors there. China claims one reactor now. The reports were said to come from sources that had first report cd a recent military and political agreement between Moscow and Peiping. The reported agreements came out of a meeting in Peiping three weeks ago between Soviet Pre mier Khrushchev and Chinese Communist boss Mao Tze-tuns. the dispatch said. Reports on them apparently are being al lowed to circulate with at least tacit Soviet approval. Robinson caused an American Air Lines plane, flying nonstop from New York to Los Angeles, to make an emergency landing at McCarran Field here yesterday. Jim Winchester, a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University and Golden Gate Baptist Theolog ical Seminary, will be the guest of the young people of the First Baptist Church. 414 North Eighth Street, in a youth-led revival, Au gust 22-31. The weekday services will begin at 7:30 each evening with the Sunday services being at 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. A native of Lefors, Texas, 27-year old Winchester began preaching just prior to entering Oklahoma Baptist University in 1950. He re ceived his B.A. degree from OBU in 1054 and then entered Golden Gate Seminary in Berkeley. While nt the seminary he served as min ister of music arid assistant pastor nt the Central Baptist Church of Alameda. The general chairman of the youth planning the meeting is Keith Larson. Larry Dyer is plan ning and arranging prayer meet ings. Keith Larson is also planning a visitation program for both youth and adults. The publicity commit tee is composed of John Nolen, "Rip" Vanwinkle, and Rosemary Harvey. Jeanette Cuendet is chairman of the entertainment committee, ar ranging for the lodging and meals of the visiting preacher. Dale El lis, chairman of ushers, will sec that people are seated. Jan Robin son and Carol Causey are plan ning for all of the music, congre gational singing, instrumental, and other special music. Also, many other youth of the church will be helping further in the planning of the 10-riay meeting. The adults of the church will be following the leadership ot the youth in these meetings, as they lake the reins of responsibility dur ing this time of spiritual empha sis. The public is invited to attend any and all of the services. A nursery for children under four years of age will be provided.
