It was pointed out that the own
er of one vacant lot on the street
Bud Lucas, 2033 Huron, opposed
the project. It was reported that
this was the only property owner
on the street itself that was in
opposition to the paving move, that
the other objectors were residents
adjoining Pacific Terrace which
would also be assessed for the
improvement.
The council moved to have the
citv engineer draw up the plans
and will set a formal hearing date
later.
Bids were opened on the re
wiring of the city hall. Three bids
