Top the pie with whipped cream, decorated with semi-sweet chocolate morsels and you have a dessert fit for a king. PECAN PIE Most men love chocolate and even the men who claim to never eat desserts will usually fall for a pie baited especially for them. Don't make the man in your life wait for Fathers Day for spe cial dishes he likes to eat. Pam per him all year around and one good way to say what a swell guy you think he is every day is to cook things he likes to eat. Here we suggest .Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie and it is shown dec orated in honor of Fathers Day. CHOCOLATE CHIP PECAN PIE 8 eggs, slightly heaten 1V cups corn syrup Vh teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla Vz cup sugar hz cup pecan halves 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell cup whipping cream . Combine eggs, corn syrup, salt vanilla and sugar; mix well. Then stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in moderate oven (375 de grees) 55 to 60 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool. Whip cream and mound in center of pie in heart shape.
