The first, "Sing Along," started June 4, and will be on each Wednesday from 7:30 to S p.m. "Keep Talk ing," a new panel show with Mon ty Hall as master of ceremonies, starts June 27; 10:30 to 11 p.m. Fridays. A one-hour version of the network's five-a-week day series, i tie verdict Is Yours, will Dow July 3: 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. Thurs days. A new quiz series called Number, Please is slated for the 8:30-9 p.m. slot Tuesdays, be ginning July 22. ABC is preparing a new series of special, hour-long public affairs reports lor next season. They will lie in the pattern of "Proloque 1958 ' and 'Report Card 1958 ' shown this season. The first of the new series will be "Youth Anonymous," dealing with teen agers and discipline problems. A new ABC program set to be gin July U is "ESP," the initials standing for extra sensory per ception.
