Add cold water, Nalleys Green Goddess Dressing, vinegar and salt. Stir until well blended. Chill until slightly thick. Whip un til fluffy. Chill until firm. Break spinach, lettuce, and romaine into bowl. Add cucumber and onions. Toss lightly with enough Green Goddess Dressing to moisten sal ad and place in serving bowl.
