The event will be held on Saturday evening, November 30, 'at the Merrill Recreation Hall. The dinner will be served from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Assorted booths and games are planned for the evening. He will be employed there. Injury Bill Bechdoldt went to Red Bluff to get his mother. Mrs Irene Bechdoldt who has been in bed since April when she broke her hip and moved her to The Crosby Nursing Home at Ashland. Mrs. Bechdoldt is 91 and has been a Bonanza resident for many years She was visiting her daughter in Red Bluff when she fell. Portland Mr. and Mrs. Vir gil Boomer of Lorella store have taken their son Danny to Portland for medical attention. Ill Mrs. Fred Fernlund of Bo nanza who has been very ill for several months is in a Portland hospital for medical care. Her hus band also of Bonanza and her son and daughter-in-law. Mr. and Mrs. George Fernlund are in Portland with her. Medical Care Tom Hatten of Bonanza is receiving medical care at the Veterans Hospital in Port land. Mrs. Frank Hunnicutt, president and bazaar general chairman, presided over the Meeting held at the home of Mrs. Wendell Moore Metalworklng Pvt. Arnold D. Schmidt, son of Mrs. Donald L. Green, Burney, California, re cently was graduated from the eight-week metalworking course at the Army's Ordnance School, Ab erdeen Proving Ground. Maryland. Arnold was a I9o5 graduate of! The migratory waterfowl were seized by California Fish and Game wardens and U.S. game management agents because they were untagged and Cier was cited for violation of Section 6.9 of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act relat ing to possession of untagged wa terfowl. He entered a plea of guilty at his appearance on Wednesday be fore the U.S. commissioner at Sacramento and paid a line of $100. Also pleading guilty before the commissioner on Wednesday was John Howell Zwicker. 44, of San Francisco, cited for having more than a legal limit of ducks in bis possession. He was arrested in the Tulelake area on October 13 and 27 ducks turned over to the local Red Cross.
