Sev . eral years ago a salesman sold me a very fine remedy, good- ; for so many things that ail you.. I've tried to get some of my neighbors to take aome. so they and their children can have the benefit of it too. But they tell me they do aot want it. Now, I want to be a good neighbor and citiien, so I think I'll just slip over to their house quietly some night and put some of this product in their drinking water. Of course, I know they could purchase some for themselves, but will they? The salesman said this procedure was being used in many cities, only instead of being done by the individual, they get their local governments to take car of it for them by putting it in the public water supply. But I seem to be bothered about doing this. Then I ask myself: "Why should you be bothered when you are trying to give them something which will benefit them?" But again' that questioning voice says to me: "Have you the right to compel your neighbor to take a food or remedy into his sys tem which he does not want, as long as a question ef con tagion is not involved? Alter all, isn't the Constitution a little old-fashioned when it comes to meeting modem problems ef this kind?" So the argument with myself goes en?: "But the sales man said it was endorsed by The BELIEVE ALL, SWALLOW ALL Society The Anti-Prescription League THE SAME DOSE FOR EVERYBODY club The You Do My Thinking For Me Alumni and the Embalmer'a Union. (The latter say they believe it will take care of much of their preparatory work for them.) Now, with all these endorsements, it couldn't be wrong for me to go over and put some in my neighbor'! well, NOW COULD IT? , len't this the most ridiculous little discourse? Yes, in't ir You know, it sounds to me just like fluoridation. WHY , FOLKS, IT IS FLUORIDATION!
