Kelly, 72-year-old retired civil engineer, who has been missing at the resort for a week, Bob Kent, president of the Lake of the Woods Recreation Association, announced that if Kelly's body is not recovered by Sunday, scores of lake residents aug mented by airplanes, will take up the hunt Sunday morning at 8 a.m. The search will be directed by Klamath County Sheriff Murray Britlon. Order LaClair to return the amount of money involved to the school district',- and at the same time order the school district to effect a deed reconveving the in volved property to LaClair. 4. Specify that Hannon be reim bursed for his costs involved in lodging and working with his in tervention complaint. The case and intervention com plaint are subject to further hear ing.
