Cards-The Shasta View Build' ing Association will hold a public pinochle party in the commun ity hall on the corner of Shasta and Madison at 8 p.m.-The public is invited. Square Dance Dude Sibley of Cottage Grove will call an open dance for the Merry Mixer Square Dance Club on Saturday at the OTI Recreation Hall. The dance will begin at 8:30 and will be fol lowed by potluck. The public is invited to attend. Rummage Sale The Klamath Falls Chapter, Order of DeMolay, will hold a rummage sale at the Masonic Temple, September 14 15. For pickup call TU 4-6421. Members may take rummage to the meeting on September 13. Accused Asks ' Jury Trial DUNSMU1R-Jame P. Doyle of Dunsmuir has requested a jury trial on "lilterbug" charge. He appeared in Dunsmuir Judicial Court on Tuesday after a com plaint was signed against him by the U.S. Forest Service. Judge A. A. Smith set September 18 as the trial date. E. O. Radke was fined $25 and tequesied to clean up and properly dispose of trash illegally dumped, He also appeared in Dunsmuir Ju dicial Court on Tuesday. Judge A. A. Smith said two lit terbug warrants are still-outstand- in for local residents. Rummage Sale The Practical Nurses Association will hold a rummage sale on Saturday at 618 Main Street, next door to The Broiler. Any donations Mil be ap preciated. Dwyer, 442 Michigan, have re turned from a vacation spent in their former home state of South Dakota. They were accompanied east by a daughter, Marjorie, student nurse in her senior year at Providence Hospital. Portland and on the return trip by a son, Ed mond who had been visiting in South Dakota. En route home they visited at the home of a son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Wes ley Franklin, Santa Clara where Marjorie remained for a short time. She will spend a few days here with her parents, arriving this week, before returning to her studies in Portland.
