JAILKD DUNSMUIR Lee H 1 r m a m Spurgin, 51, of Billings, Montana, has been sent to the Siskiyou County Jail pending a hearing on charges of defrauding an Innkeep er and resisting arrest. Helen Hutaff of the Travelers Hotel signed the defraud complaint and Officer August Bommelyn signed the resisting arrest charge.
